My order is over £50 and should qualify for free shipping, why am I being charged anyway?
We offer free delivery over £50, but exclusions apply. Wherever we mention this, there is additional text that says so. The exceptions are for heavy/bulk items, products over 1.1m in length and for non UK mainland locations. Please note these charges are cumulative if you order bulk items to non UK mainland locations for example.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all the UK and Northern Ireland. However, non UK mainland locations incur a surcharge which will be applied at checkout.
Do you use discreet packaging?
We always use plain boxes, or we black wrap items if a box is not suitable to cover the branding etc. We also add as much protection as possible to avoid unnecessary damage to your goods. Even our soil is sent in cardboard boxes to prevent it spilling out in the post.
How long will it take for me to receive the order?
If your order is placed before 2pm between Monday and Friday, then we aim to dispatch it the same day. If placed after 2pm, it is classed as being processed for the next working day. If an order is placed on the weekend or bank holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Our express service is 1 to 3 business days from the point of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays, so please be mindful of that. If your delivery postcode is non UK mainland, then we would estimate a 2 to 5 working day timeframe.
Do you offer pallet deliveries?
Yes we do, on some large orders we will need to send on a pallet, in this circumstance we will contact you beforehand to inform you of this and discuss your options. We can also specify a tail lift if you do not have the means to take the pallet off the lorry yourself. All pallets will be wrapped discreetly.

Why was my order cancelled and refunded?
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if we consider it a risk. The last thing we want to do is cancel any order, but in some circumstances Shopify will inform us of a potential fraudulent payment, which we will investigate accordingly. We will get in touch if we need to do this or to double-check the information to make sure there is no issue with the payment. We are grateful for your understanding in these circumstances, as we are protecting genuine customers from any negative impact.
I don’t want the item, how do I go about returning it and getting a refund?
If you do want the unused item/s then you will be asked to send them back to us at your expense. Once we receive the return we will check the condition and issue a refund accordingly. We can arrange a collection of the goods from you, but this will be charged depending on the size or weight of the item/s. Any original postage costs at point of purchase will not be refunded, only the product price.

My order did not go through, but payment was taken from my bank
If you did not receive an order confirmation, then we have not received the payment. Sometimes your payment provider will take the funds as a pending payment before returning them to you. Please contact your bank if this happens, as we have no control over this.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, we do in some circumstances. You can come to the store and pay cash, or use our cash on delivery service (COD). Please note however that this service is charged at £1.50 per mile from PE3 8RF, within 10 miles is free of charge. We do not accept or recommend cash in the post due to the risks involved. However, we could arrange a dedicated cash courier to facilitate the payment. Cash payments will need to be received before goods are exchanged.

Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
In some cases yes, please contact us with your inquiry, and we will do our best to offer you a deal. We may not be able to get you a discount if the margins are too tight, though.

Opening times
What are your opening times? And are you open on bank holidays?
Our normal opening times are 9:30 to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am to 4:30pm Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and on Bank holidays. Our Christmas opening times change on a yearly basis and will be published close to that period.
How long before I get a reply to my message?
Our customer service team is available from 9:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday to help you with your enquiries. They should reply to you the same day during this period. After these times, it could be until the next morning before you get a response. Over the weekend, we do not monitor enquiries as frequently, but we check them all first thing Monday morning to resolve any issues you may have.
